Drawing from over a decade of experience training elite athletes all over the world, Kostas Chatzichristos and his team have developed a comprehensive, science based training system designed to improve strength, power, movement quality and to prevent injury.
At Performance22, we leave nothing to chance. Every athlete goes through a thorough evaluation to establish his or her current condition, strength and weaknesses. We then set short and long term goals and design a personalized, comprehensive training program, according to each athlete's sport, age, ability, strengths and weaknesses.
Training at Performance22 is much more than just going through a physical development program. We strive to become leaders to our athletes, support them in every way possible and help them understand what it takes to raise the level of their performance and prepare for a successful career.
As we take a personalized approach to training, all athletes work in small groups, with one- on-one coaching, and under constant medical support by Performance22 doctors and therapists.
All programs are offered year round and are customized to accommodate each athlete's needs and competition schedule.
